Bad luck w/hair cuts!! help!! explaining a hair cut & pics included?

i love Julie Chen's hair cut %26amp; front/side bangs %26amp; layers but i don't want it that short...like 5 more inches..i need help clearly explaining to a stylist this cut?!

there should be some books there for u to look for the same

Just print the pictures and take them to the stylist. This way there will be no miscommunication or a misunderstanding. You want it to look right the first time.
