Need help picking a hair style round head male?

green eyes, round head, lot of hair but rather thin.

I am getting a hair cut tommorow, dont know what i should do. i want to get it cut short though, not buzzed. but maybe spikey? any celebrity example would be helpful as well as things such as length like inch wise, best answer will be given points asap. thank you guys!
