Hair advice...?

I have just above shoulder length hair, and its a dark-ish blond.

I want my hair to look like this:

Even want the colour the same, But if i dont like it or doesnt suite me what can i do?

Is Black possible to get back to blond or brown?

yeah.... use a temporary hair dye color. These are usually waterbased and are applied to pre shampooed hair. They work by coating the outside, or the cuticle layer, of the hair. The color of the hair washes away in the next shampoo, so don't worry, even if the dye is darker than your real hair color, it'll come off..

Well, in my opinion, its not a style that I would use, but everone is different!
